Responsibilities:
• Candidates must have at least one year of call center or heavy phone customer service experience
• To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)
• Able to handle multiple chat sessions concurrently
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Wants to ensure a positive customer experience
• Has strong understanding of customers’ needs
• Empathetic to customer situations
• Has strong work ethic with an attention to detail
• Able to problem solve customer challenges and present possible solutions
• Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
• Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
• Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
