ลักษณะงาน
• Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources to achieve production volume target in order to delivery the right quality products at the right time for customers.
• Ensure adherence to the process specifications and maintain all quality parameters to meet quality standards at minimum conversion cost and high productivity.
• Develop systems and standard protocols in production to improve the Overall Equipment Efficiency
• To identify cost reduction and quality enhancement projects across the unit
• Develop, monitor, review and assess on performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Direct and instruct maintenance team; monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any non-conformance and enquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop planning for future production workforce needs and participate in the selection of employees.
• Accountable for all internal employees and external personnel operating within company’s boundaries safety and food safety
• Make regular inspection of all production activities and regulating these activities so that all GMP and FSSC 22000 are followed
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Any genders, Thai nationality 2. Bachelor’s Degree or higher 3. Strong expertise in production operations processes. Plastic and Beverage industry related will be an advantage 4. Strong leadership in people management 5. Have experience in implementing Six Sigma, LEAN, TPM or Continuous Improvement 6. Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within an organisation 7. Ability to coach and encourage changes in behaviour amongst leaders within across functions 8. Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel 9. 6 Working days (Monday-Saturday)
