ลักษณะงาน 1. Assistance with sourcing of and ongoing management of appropriate suppliers for:
1.1 Local Thailand transportation to customer (customer paid services)
1.2 International transportation to INVE affiliates ex Thailand and USA
1.3 International incoming freight from suppliers where applicable
2. Oversee monthly supplier KPI management/analysis
3. Coordination with existing suppliers and assist with take-on of new freight suppliers ensuring their commitment to and compliance with our quality processes,
4. Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all origin and destination freight costs into SAP system
5. Oversee the gathering of multiple supplier multi modal rate updates each month
6. Facilitation of ad-hoc quotations for non-standard freight activities as required
7. Output of supplier purchase orders and reconciliation of supplier invoices to POs
8. Coordinate gathering global marine insurance data and ensure timely submission of monthly reports to insurance services provider

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Previous experience in international freight coordination processes
2. Possess a Bachelor in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field of study
3. Preferably has experience with SAP or similar global MRP system
4. Strong communication skills, excellent in English both verbal and written.
5. Ability to self-motivate & adapt in a fast moving, ever-changing logistics environment.
6. Good skills in Microsoft Excel
