ลักษณะงาน
• Handling all inquiries from our agents as assigned (incl. quotations, packages, travel information ...… etc.)
• Costing management include negotiated with vendors for the good prices
• Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with Travel Agents.
• Make reservations for hotels, tours, transfers …….etc.
• Prepare documents i.e. vouchers, itinerary, air-tickets, train tickets … etc.
• Handling all the amendments on current reservation through backend.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the company’s services.
• Accountable for high volume replying email & phone calls
• Follow-up financial aspects of the bookings (invoice, payment….etc.)
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

1. 1-2 year experiences in tourism industry 2. Good command of written and spoken English 3. Ability to work under pressure 4. Flexibility to work extra hours 5. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook 6. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
