ลักษณะงาน 1. Deliver the excellent sales and service to Chinese Customers and handle high volume of inquiries professionally through phone and face-to-face
2. Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing and invoice queries
3. Handle the customer's difficulties and serve them beyond its expectations
4. Raise-up the sales volume and operation of each retail branch
5. Translate the relevant document and/or information to be Chinese when needs
6. Other tasks as assigned by superior

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Thailand nationality
2. Bachelor Degree
3. Good in Russian and English communication, both written and spoken
4. Very good personality with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
5. Able to work in shifts and work on weekend / public holiday
