1.Create lesson plan in consistent with school’s curriculum, evaluate students’ performance as a group and individuals to continuously improve teaching strategy.
2.Teach Chinese subject area to students, produce grade reports, and communicate with homeroom teachers regarding student progress.
3.Develop, implement and share effective teaching and learning strategies.
4.Performs any other tasks as assigned by supervisors (Direct and Hierarchical).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Teacher with one or more years of classroom experience in the areas of expertise are preferred 2. Experience with curriculum development preferred 3. Excellent Chinese communication skills both written and verbal 4. Flexibility to work well in a team and to be self-motivated 5. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and students 6. Capability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and to work under time pressure to meet deadlines
