• Control employee relation by focus on rule & regulation and Disciplinary action.
• Responsible for employee relations activities to meet company strategy.
• Create action plan and manage employee activity to ensure employee work happiness.
• Develop and administer employee recognition programs.
• Working with factory staff to ensure staff morale, employee relations and welfare is at a satisfactory level and compliant with all relevant laws and company policies.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Management, HRM/HRD or Psychology, Business Administration or another related field. 2. Minimum 12 years in HRM/HRD (large organizations, preferably experiences in manufacturing), have 5 years of experience in managerial level. 3. Good management skills , team player, motivate, target concerned 4. Excellent in English communication both writing and speaking
