ลักษณะงาน
-Controlling and monitoring the accounts payable, receivables, and cash flow assets to be effective and accurate according to accounting standards.
-Manage and completes professional tax accounting activities, file necessary tax return as per the requirement of the revenue department and prepares related reports.
-Supervise the operations of the department in accordance with the plan and budget effectively and in accordance with the plans and policies.
-Supervise the preparation of annual budget. Coordinated with all parties.
-Monitor the budget of each department to prepare reports to the management.
-Internal and external coordination
-Check documents to be accurate.
-Provide reliable and beneficial report to management and enquired party.
-Develop and implement internal control system for the company.
-Can close the budget
-Support and train the subordinates to work efficiently.
-Prepare all of balance sheet & bank reconciliation.
-Monthly, quarterly and yearly account closing and financial statement preparation
-Supports Managing Director for any other requirement as may be assigned from time to time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male / Female, age over 35 years 2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting. 3. Experience in this position for at least 5 years. 4. Able to do monthly close within tight deadlines. 5. Experience in financial analysis, logistics accounts, etc. 6. Experience in Logistics finance & accounting such as Freight Forwarder, shipping and etc. 7. Knowledge of accounting system in accordance with accounting standards. 8. Can use Express, MS Office and have experience in accounting software. 9. Have a high leadership. Team work and problem solving.
