ลักษณะงาน - Manage all Human Resource Management (HRM) and - Human Resource Development (HRD) functions including administrative functions.
- Manage and implement the performance management system, career development, succession plan and talent management.
- Develop and implement the HR policies and procedures, responsible for the overall HR operation system.
- Strategic thinking with excellent communication and coaching skills.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Male or Female
2. Age 40 years old and over.
3. Master's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science or related fields.
4. Good management skill.
5. Good communication of English both spoken & written, computer literacy and Interpersonal skill.
6. Minimum 15 years experience in HRM , HRD and organization development management in well known multinational manufacturing environment
