Work with business and IT users globally to identify business needs, define scope, requirements, identifying key issues, designing & presenting the solution, developing, testing, system implementation, and training.
Liaises with the business community to understand business process and defines how software tools can be leveraged to optimize the business process.
Create and maintain necessary project documentation, such as blueprint, solution design, test scripts, user manual, and system setup.
Assist users on system setup and configuration during implementation.
Provides 3rd level application support.
Maintain awareness of the current application capabilities and business process
