- Respond for opportunities of cost saving initiatives and business development/improvement.
- Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including bookings, enquiries) to customer
- Knowledge share within the team to standardize and improve working processes by leaving company values and achieve the same goal.
- Lead the team in operational executions and result monitoring.
- Act as the key support contact for the commercial and operational needs of customers.
- Work closely with operations to achieve.
- Coordinate performance activities to proactively meet customer’s expectation.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer escalations, issues, and managing exceptions.
- Ensure service level agreement and contractual obligation (if any).
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
