- Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for import or export shipment
- Contact and cooperate with overseas agent for shipment arrangement. Monitoring shipment, milestone status and KPI compliance.
- Complete job file to generate financial result of the shipment in time line.
- Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
- To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.
- Provide additional services above and beyond the call of duties Assist Sales activities such as rates, visits, reports etc.
- Deal with overseas offices with clear communication.
- Proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur
- Provide and update shipment status and movement to customer timely
- Co-ordinate with local partner e.g. terminal, subcontractor (trucker, customs broker, etc.)
- Issue prepaid invoice and any other daily tasks required
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male/ Female age between 23 - 30 years old. 2. Bachelor’s degree in related fields. 3. 1-5 years experienced in freight forwarding or Logistics business 4. Strong interpersonal skill Good coordination Good Relation and Service Mind.
