ลักษณะงาน RESPONSIBILITIES

•Facilitate high impact engagements at all levels of an organization (C-level, VP, Mid-Level Management and Project Team) to manage the overall project planning, delivery and satisfaction. Develop productive relationships with agents/clients/stake holders, providing thought leadership and initiate business growth efforts.
•Generate discussions and project executions with the partners and manage collaborative projects with local partners and global teams
•Manage the project organization and ensure with our regional teams to tailor solutions based on client’s requirements.
•Serve as an industry visionary to promote innovation and operational excellence support long-term business goals.
•Understand and escalate implementation issues in order to provide best practice recommendations for resolution.
•Understand the agents/partners, and establishing & expanding good business relationship
•Negotiate terms and conditions with the agent’s team, including on the marketing activity and implementation (including contract renewal), and new business opportunity
•Connecting and collaborate with internal resources (MoneyGram teams) to support the operation of the local agents
•Dealing with the aspects of all requirement and inquiries from agents and new prospects
•Regularly visit the agents, attending agent’s meeting, providing arrangement and summary, and feedback to MoneyGram regional team
•Developing and Presenting marketing campaign proposal to agents to ensures attainment of business goals and profitability (target transaction and growth)
•Support the agent in the development and implementation of marketing plans
•Develop the roadmap and oversee the action plans of the team to effectively search of new agent prospects, and develop new business opportunity
•Collected market and competitor information in Thailand market, and providing the market information and insight to the regional team, in order to develop the business and marketing strategy for the local market
•Promote MoneyGram Brand and increase brand recognition in Thailand market
•Build customer engagement through MoneyGram programs and activities (including sport sponsorship program, business promoters, on-ground marketing activities)
•Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
•8+ years of relevant experience in managing business units or brand of products or professional services, sales or customer support operations
•Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technology solutions.
•Familiarity or need to acquire familiarization upon onboarding on the following areas
•Experience in Banking and Financial services, telecom, consumer durables, FMCG industries preferred.

 2. •Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively lead the meeting, negotiation, and high-powered workshops.
 3. •Strong communications skills, both written and verbal with an ability to effectively communicate and collaborate the cooperation between the local agents and regional stake holders and evangelize key concepts and best practices.
 4. •Ability to collaborate with teams of all shapes and sizes, across many countries, while also being able to manage the local team to work independently as a self-starter on an as-needed basis.
