• Monitor system health, utilization and performance.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation issues.
• Create and maintain the document report for customer support
• Incident response and handling for any customer issued or concerned regarding contracted.
• Coordinate with internal or vendors (IBM, Dell, HP, Net App, EMC, Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, etc.) for troubleshooting and tracking

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT fields. 2. 0 to 5 years’ or more experience in IT/Network/Security administration or operation (engineer) 3. Experienced in CISCO technology (Routing, switching, WIFI controller) 4. Good skill and knowledge in managing and configuring Hardware and Software VMware, Windows and Linux 5. Experienced in Hardware (IBM, Dell, HP and Cisco) 6. Good attitude, communication skill and able to work under pressure 7. Good command in English
