-Providing information and instructions about relevant Investment products and services to meet the customers specific needs.
-Answering customer questions and providing information to resolve any issues.
-Answer customer calls with accurately, efficiently and professionally by following call center processes
-Maintain and update the necessary information for customer into related Digital system with accurately

1. Thai nationality, Bachelor's Degree in any fields 2. At least 6 Month of experience in Call Center Eng or CustomersService 3. Excellent command of English 4. Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email 5. Proactive, self-motivated and high responsibility, Customer service oriented 6. Able to work in a team environment 7. Possess good service mind and patient 8. Able to work under pressure, Able to work on shift schedule 9. Toeic 550
