•Manpower Planning and plan for recruitment on each channel
•Responsible for personnel scanning and selection to match each job qualifications for manager.
•Review the job application documents, prepare the employment contracts, and forward for approval to manager.
•Support and organize relationship management and administration related activities.
•Manage, evaluate, and measure employees’ performance.
•Provide weekly report on personnel information to the HR Manager.
•Support all administrative’ s work.
•Visa, work permit, social security, PND 1, DBD experiences.
•Other related jobs assigned by supervisors
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Age not over 39 years. 2. At least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ business administration or other related fields 3. At least 3-5 years of working experience for overall Human Resources and administration function. 4. Enthusiastic in working and learning. 5. Good personality and skill to solve with day-to-day problems 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 7. Have basic knowledge of Thai Labor Law, especially in hiring. 8. Good command of English language.
