1. Diploma or bachelor degree in business admin or any other related field, age not over 30 years old 2. Few years in business admin, secretary, customer service, accountant or other support roles 3. Fluent in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel & MS Word, as well as ERP system (such as AS400, SAP, etc) 4. Fair in English, be able to communicate via email 5. Energetic with service mind
