Key Responsibilities :
# Prepare plan load import by weekly and send to all parties’ concerns in time.
# Coordinate with the shipping line for space booking as per mention in customer's allocation.
# Coordinate with customer's HQ in Bangkok and update the data into plan load as per customer requirement.
# Coordinate with other related parties like Shipping line, Customs broker, Trucking for smooth operation.
# Communicate with the client / carrier whenever any issue to resolve.
# To support customer service team.
# To support customer to submit AMS, ACI, ISF5, ISF10, Trancon , submit SI

1. Age 25 years old and above. 2. Bachelor degree in Logistics or any related field 3. Have experience of Customer Service Freight / Logistics. 4. Experience in Freight / Logistics company is an advantage. 5. Experience in USA shipment is an advantage. And have experience submit AMS, ACI, ISF5, ISF10, Trancon , submit si. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Good command of spoken and written English. 8. Good working knowledge of import and export logistics with the ability to quickly learn. 9. Computer literate and able to use Ms Office.
