ลักษณะงาน Job Summary

Reporting to the Internal Coordinator the Level II Inspector will be performing calibrations, Nondestructive Tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and record results. Level II Inspectors are qualified to set up and calibrate equipment and to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications. Level II Inspectors are thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being used and should exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of Assistants and Level I Technicians. Level II Technicians organize, and report results of NDT.
Responsibilities
 Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
 Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection.
 Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
 Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
 Organize and report test results.
 Perform specialized inspections.
 May instruct and supervise others.
 Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
 Interface daily with the client about work priorities and progress of projects
 Actively participate in client programs, planning and strategy sessions
 Work closely with client to identify and remove obstacles, sometimes will work with suppliers
 Actively participate in client safety initiatives, incident investigations, etc.
 May, at times work at heights on ropes.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. NDT Level II Certification (SNT-TC-1A): MT, PT, UT & PT. PAUT & RT/RI Certification are a plus.
2. At least 5 - 7 years of NDT experience.
3. Strong work ethic, dependable, teamwork, adaptable to changing schedules & exceptional attention to detail
4. Ability to follow directions & procedures, exceptional safety & quality awareness
5. Good organizational and time management skills& able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability, fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision
7. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook (especially Word & Excel).
8. Able to travel & hold driving license
9. Fair in English communication
