ลักษณะงาน Job Summary
We are looking for candidates who have a successful track record and progressive career within NDT and/or Laboratory industry that may have construction & fabrication experience highly valued (minimum 5 years). Knowledgeable of processes in structural/piping fabrication and offshore pipe lay and comfortable to navigate both fabrication and pipeline players. You will have had previous leadership experience of managing sales professionals utilizing coaching and mentoring techniques to improve the performance.
We are interested to candidates who are honest, trustworthy, and tenacious. You will have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively prioritize your workload. Your communication and interpersonal skills must be strong and with you will have natural leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
1. Build, develop and maintain a high level of internal and external stakeholder relationships to facilitate both contract deliverables and development.
2. Lead and drive all pre-award activities for all inspection bids, including management of all Business Development resources
3. Work within and be active in creating a safe and supportive culture and environment
4. Prospect assigned territory and developed sales opportunities through referrals, phone calls and sales lead follow up.
5. Professionally represent our extensive line of NDT, Inspection, and laboratory services.
6. Responsible for qualifying sales leads and capable of demonstrating NDT methods.
7. Meet agreed targets - can develop sales objectives and strategies to grow business.
8. Responsible for working with other departments and suppliers.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
 2. Male/Female age 28 or more
 3. 3-10 years of sales experiences in Oil & Gas Industry, in NDT & Laboratory business is a plus.
 4. Having excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with multiple teams in company.
 5. Good interpersonal skill, Result oriented, Quick learner, Proactive Sales style, Marketing Analysis, Self-driven individual.
 6. Good command of written and spoken English.
 7. Good skill in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 8. Be able to go upcountry & abroad as well as able to drive and own a car
 9. Japanese language skill is a plus
