•Managing the recruitment plan and strategy for Telemarketing Representative recruitment
•Managing manpower requisitions to ensure the required number of agents have been filled in time.
•Develop and implement the recruitment process for Telemarketing Representative to ensure all required vacancies are regularly filled in time and with the right quality of candidates. This includes the process of sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and selection process.
•Tracking recruitment database, analysing and summarizing the recruitment statistic to find out the effective sources end result. Developing recruitment inventory to keep candidate profiles and employment status for future reference.
•Handle the HR administrative tasks.
1. Bachelor ‘s or Master’s Degree in HR or related field. 2. At least 3 years working experience in HR Recruiter and administration role. 3. Experience in Call centre industry or mass sales force will be advantage 4. Possess skills in managing mass recruitment operations 5. Positive with logical thinking and good communication skills 6. Able to work under target and pressure
