- Able to verify the payment of each project and report internal profits by coordinating with Accounting Team.
- Coordinating with other departments for internal and external meetings.
- Taking minutes of meeting, follow-up and summarizing details for internal and external meetings.
- Collaborating with all departments to collect an entire database for presentation or reports.
- Tracking, follow-up action and verify CEO tasks to ensure that all tasks are delivered as timeline.
- Preparing and verifying on law, company policy and other contract documents.
- Able to manage and verify vendor’s documents from Sales Department.
- Other secretarial works as assigned.

1. At least 3 years' experience in Secretary or Personal Assistant. 2. Female, age 28-35 years old 3. Bachelor's degree in business Administrator or related field. 4. Experience in Data Researching and Analytic. 5. Has basic knowledge of Law or reviewing Contract/Agreement Documents. 6. Highly organized with attention to detail-oriented. 7. Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
