Work at Singapore International School Thonburi
• Ensure an optimal stock level at all times for items classified as essential to meet academic and daily needs.
• Ensure all transactions are supported by authorized documentary proof.
• Ensure all inbound stocks and goods are check against the Purchase Order, Invoice and or Deliver Order.
• Ensure all inbound stocks and goods are correct, free from defects.
• Ensure preplanned stocks checks are conducted as required.
• Ensure proper documentations of all procedures/processes.
• Ensure all items classified as Fixed Assets are tracked and checked at every term.
• Ensure all inventories are updated, checked and respective owners acknowledged.
• Ensure all discrepancies are reported to Store Manager and followed up accordingly to reconcile stock level.
• Assist Store Manager in project stock requirement and liaise with academic and purchasing.
• Ensure all systems practiced by SISB for stock control are updated and kept current throughout.
• Ensure all follow up actions are taken after stock checks and investigations.
• Ensure stocks are kept in a safe and secured manner with sufficient firefighting equipment and first aid items.
• Ensure no unauthorized personnel/staff has access without approval.
• Acknowledge and understand the standards, policies and procedures (Code of Practice) adopted by SISB.
• Ensure all form of unfair practices and coercion are brought to the attention of Store Manager.
• Ensure the stores are above at all times and not in any way collaborates, cohered into unfair practices that would place SISB in bad lights or not getting the due value for money for the items purchased.
