• Provide resources and educational materials to support employees in improving their overall well-being.
• Co-workinf with external vendors/other parties to execute projects/deliverables related to motivation & engagement activities.
• Generate reports to share insights with management and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Advocate for flexible work arrangements where appropriate.
