1. Creation of QC process charts and standard operating procedures for quality control.
2. Creation and management of drawings and documents necessary for production activities.
3. Incoming inspection of imported products and purchased parts.
4. Production process design for further efficiency of production activities
5. Instructions how to assemble the products to the assembler.
6. Maintenance of instruments and equipment for the production.
7. Coordinating the factory staff to accomplish the work required products.
8. Answers to the technical inquiry from suppliers.
9. Searching new suppliers for new parts and products.
10. Request a quotation to supplier for new parts and products.
11. Investigating the cause of defects and product complaints that occur in the production process and planning countermeasures
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills/Basic English skills. 2. Ability to listen and speak technical content in Japanese 3. Ability to use Microsoft Office products. 4. Basic computer skills. 5. Ability to use CAD is a plus. (Auto CAD, Solid works) 6. Ability to use QC 7 Tools. 7. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and one to over three years of engineering or quality assurance experience. 8. Work requires significant travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid driver’s license. 9. Bachelor's degree,Male,Age 25years up
