- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Meet the sales target set within the given deadline with restricted territory, and accounts.
- Build up a better customer relationship, understand their needs, and try to make them satisfied without compromising with the company profits.
- Represent the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposals with different presentations.
- Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build up the brands.
- Generate reports based on facts to be presented to Sales Manager (like; market survey, competitor information.. etc)

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. 2. 3 years proven experience in Sales (Manufacturing Industry would be an advantage). 3. Hard working, service-oriented with attention to details. 4. An analytical mind with problem-solving skills. 5. Understanding ERP would be an advantage. 6. Very good at English is a must. 7. Have your own vehicle.
