1. Airbnb Management:
Oversee and manage multiple Airbnb listings ensuring all properties are ready for guests, in pristine condition, and meets all Airbnb standards
Respond promptly to inquiries, handle reservations, and address any guest issues or concerns in a timely manner
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained
Update listing information, photos, and pricing strategies as necessary
2. Cross Industry Project Support
Assist in tasks related to different industry such as coordinating with vendors, inventory management, and customer service
Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across different industries
3. General Administrative Support
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Handle emails and phone calls, acting as the first point of contact
Organize and maintain important documents, invoices and files
Perform other related duties as assigned
