1. Responsible for overseeing the work of enterprise sales team, also managing, developing sales strategies to achieve assigned target.
2. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to individual salespeople who are selling products or services following company’s direction.
3. Coordinate other sales channel in area, solving problems for their sales process.
4. Training and guiding staff members on company polices and procedures as needed.
5. Providing regular feedback to each member of the sales team regarding their performance.
6. Coaching team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue.
7. Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions

1. Male or Female age between 35 to 45 years 2. At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing of IT or telecommunication services. 3. A bachelor's or above in marketing, sales, or a related field. 4. Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills 6. Strong leadership abilities. 7. Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. 8. Own a car and driving license, able to work in Northern Area.
