Job Description
- Support the Regional HRD to deliver the People Strategy and initiatives for Talent, OE, Change, and Reward
- Manage workforce planning, identify needs for hiring and support managers to hire quality talent into the business
- Develop a quality onboarding framework and ensure all employee inductions are conducted properly
- Preparation of monthly payroll and liaise with Finance and global Payroll team in completing salary payments
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees across several key areas including HR policies & processes, HRIS, performance management, talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand key challenges within their areas and help drive a performance driven culture
- Build an inclusive workplace culture, lead employee engagement activities to drive positive energy and improve our employee engagement survey results
- Analyses data, understand trends, and generate actionable insights to further support business objectives and people initiatives
- Manage processes, systems and documentation for all people related actions (eg. new hires, promotions, movements, exits)
- Support line managers in employment matters, including performance management, grievance management and misconduct
- Continuously review and improve processes, procedures, or policies to ensure simplicity, impact, compliance, and cost effectiveness
- Active member of the Thailand Leadership Team, supporting the Country Manager to build a high performing team
- Actively contribute to and support the HR team locally and globally
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and external professional and supplier networks to improve knowledge sharing and service provision
- Support Health, Safety and Environment Team on reporting, Training and maintain ISO certification

1. Requirement - 5+ years’ experience in HR (including. HR Admin, Generalist, Business Partner) - Bachelor’s degree in business management or related fields - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building robust and credible business relationships - English language skills at business level - Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a wide variety of tasks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel - Knowledge of local employment law, processes, and practices 2.
