• Assist in planning, development, and implementation of brand plan which consist of product launches, promotion, events, activities, and program to achieve brand objectives
• Assists in preparation of sales analyses and development of pricing strategy
• Identifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis
• Manages the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, and sales aids
• Responsible for brand reports, proposal, post evaluation analysis and ensure all reports are submitted on time
• Present reports, proposals and analysis to the management when required
• Coordinate with Inventory Planning team to ensure healthy stock level
• Collaborate with regional or cross-functional teams to drive innovation, implementation and ensure product success from ideation to launch

1. Degree in Marketing or equivalent 2. 3-5 years’ experience in brand management. Experience in direct selling industry would be an advantage 3. Demonstrates sound problem solving skills 4. Creative, resourceful and possess an analytical mind 5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 6. Good presentation skills Proficient in both written and oral English
