Job Description
【Job summary】
Main duties mainly involve sales support and sales coordination.
Approximately 70% of my responsibilities have been in sales support, and 30% in sales (depending on my experience and the situation.)
Sales activities focused exclusively on existing clients
- To increase sales volume and achieve sales target in mainly existing business channel.
- Maintain effective working relationship with existing clients and cooperate with existing staffs.
- Approach prospect cleints and create their order.
- Coordinate and manage sales orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Support the sales team by preparing necessary documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Assist in inventory control and product availability checks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and contracts.
- Prepare and follow up on sales-related documentation and correspondence.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Requirement
【Must】
- Female, new graduated welcome
- Bachelor degree or above
- Have JLPT N3 or higher
【Advantage】

- Have over 1 year of experience in sales or as a sales support.
