• Issue an invoice, receipts and credit note to client
• Coordinate and follow up with client on outstanding payment
• Handle a general accounting administrative tasks in the office including record accounting information with the company system
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager or executive team

1. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or others) 2. • 0-5 years of experience in administrative work or accounting work (welcome for new graduated) 3. • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with accounting software such as FlowAccount, or others is an advantage 4. • Basic knowledge of tax invoices, billing, and receipts 5. • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to organize documents efficiently 6. • Familiarity with basic accounting software 7. • Fair in English skill for basic writing and reading of formal email
