ลักษณะงาน
Responsibility:
1. Draft and reviewing all kinds of contracts, service agreement, and various forms of legal documents in both Thai and English to ensure its legal and corporate governance compliance.
2. Providing legal advice to resolve disputes, issues and operations relating to the company's business and labor. When necessary, escalate the issues to senior management.
3. Permit/License applications, regulatory filings, reports and petitions.
4. Developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedure as well as general compliance policies in relation to regulatory to minimize legal risks.
5. Inform internal staff and senior management team of update of relevant regulations.
6. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or master’s degree in law.
2. Have 5-8 years’ experience in legal.
3. Fluent in English both written and spoken, Fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
4. Have an understanding enterprise risk management and the ability to implement and develop a tight control environment.
5. Must be currently registered and licensed by the Law Society of Thailand
6. Fluent in corporate and commercial law practice and all areas applicable for an in-house lawyer, including labor and foreign business law.
Salary: 50,000 to 100,000
