• To contribute to the satisfactory achievement of the team performance standard by handling customers’ enquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally.
• To resolve customer’s problems/complaints by applying appropriate skills and escalate the case to Team Leader when necessary
• To be special trainer on particular product information or skill to new comers
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field 2. Age not over 30 years old 3. At least 1years’ experience in customer service field 4. Experience in life insurance business would be an advantage 5. Customer oriented with good customer handling skill 6. Good personality with friendly, courteous and service mind 7. Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment 8. Able to use Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL and Power Point) 9. Good interpersonal skills which create a positive working environment.
