ลักษณะงาน 1. Establishment of legal entity;
2. Provide legal advice regarding business operations and new project investment;
3. Draft, review and amend on a wide range of contracts, including Sale and Purchase agreement, Lease and Service agreement, Shareholders agreement, etc.;
4. Liaise with government authorities in preparation and completion of all legal documentation
5. Review process work permit and visa applications
6. Translation of documents; and
7. Other corporate works

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Thai national, preferably with a degree’s Lawyer
2. Must possess a license to practice law
3. Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience working with an international law firm in the practice areas of Corporate and Commercial
4. Ability to multi-task; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to conceptualize and break down complex issues into actionable tasks
6. Proactive and service-minded; ability to work independently
7. Fair in spoken and written English
