Job Description
• Provide consultation to customer about property related issues.
• Draft and review property contracts or other related legal documents both in English/Thai.
• Manage or advise clients on legal transactions, due diligence, zoning restrictions, etc.
• Represent the client in legal proceedings. For example: litigation, property dispute, etc.
• Research on property, physically inspecting the land and building permits
• Contact local courts for a record review of the property developer
• Follow up with clients
• Performing other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai national 2. Licensed lawyer 3. Knowledge in the Thai property law 4. Strong command of the English language 5. Competent, highly responsible and self-motivated 6. Ability to apply legal knowledge to help craft practical business solutions 7. Ability to work both individually and as a team 8. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law from reputable educational institutions with excellent academic background 9. Property Law practice
