- General office administrative with performing any other supporting tasks assigned by working team.
- Manage NDA and Contract documents administrative and stamp duty process for a new contract.
- Prepare invoice/receipt tax invoice, handover to related parties.
- Coordination of filings of government-related forms as required for local regulation.
- Prepare and submit relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per requested by employees.
- Enforce Organize & enforce office operations and procedures
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
