Job Description
The Sales Staff will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and new customers, identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and providing effective solutions. This role serves as a key communication bridge between customers, supporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, supporters, and company's teams.
- Identify, explore, and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Understand customer issues, processes, and requirements to propose appropriate solutions and improvements.
- Gather and analyze information about market regions, volumes, competitors, and customer needs.
- Support customers during product installation and ensure successful integration into their production processes.
- Monitor and maintain customers’ processes to prevent product or process defects (NG work).
- Collaborate with internal departments and external supporters to resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular visits and discussions with customers to strengthen partnerships and gather insights.
- Research and investigate new market trends, demands, and technical developments.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to upper management.
- Suggest strategies and improvements to management to achieve business and sales objectives.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by Sales Management.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or technical sales (preferably in chemical, plating, or industrial manufacturing industries).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good command of English (speaking and writing).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
