Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Success in this position requires a passion for learning new product, a proactive mindset, and strong collaborative abilities. We seek candidates with experience in customer-oriented roles, ideally from Golf industry. Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented approach are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Meet and exceed sales targets of Golf Member Card
2. Successfully create business from new customer accounts
3. Build and maintain long term relationships with customers and partners
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
5. Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
6. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking
7. Develop, manage and maintain relationships and world-class services with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction
8. Any additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Golf Management)
- 5 years+ experiences in sales or golf-related sales experiences
- Experience in working knowledge of golf industry and golf passion is a plus
- Experience in sales of golf business, real estate, sport, insurance, credit card, member card or hospitality etc. is a plus
- Good command in English, Korean, Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
- Effective problem-solving in high-pressure situations
- Strong verbal communication skills and negotiation
- Strong golf connections
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn and improve continuously
- Optimistic
