1.Responsible for the planning of the process, the development of processing parameters, processing methods, optimization and improvement of process capabilities;
2.Responsible for the process technical quality analysis, implementation of improvement measures and plans, improve process quality, reduce scrap rate, improve process stability.
3.Responsible for the improvement of production process, improve processing capacity, reduce material/energy consumption and cooperate with the introduction, certification and evaluation of new materials, reduce material costs, enhance process processing capacity and improve quality.
4.Maintain quality/safety/environment system documents, and monitor the on-site implementation of processes.
5.responsible for the technical knowledge training of the process site staff, improve the operation ability, to ensure the standardization of operation.

1. male/female, aged 26 and above 2. Degree holder in Chemical, Automation, Machinery, Electronics,Industrial engineering etc 3. Familiar with PCB process and related technical management; 4. Understand relevant quality systems and industry standards, understand ISO9001, IATF16949 and AS9100 standards, master the application of FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, CP and other core tools; 5.
