Responsibilities :
• Plan for acquiring new clients to ensure achieve sales and company target.
• Analyze market information and trend; identify new opportunity in order to increase sales revenue.
• Maintain and improve company’s product displays in store and identify opportunities for attractive display.
• Develop promotion plan and choose the right promotion mechanic for responsible channel/ customers and evaluate for ROI/ promotion pay out.
• Perform demand planning by using historical data and activity plan by account
• Report and tracking to follow up sales in-store execution i.e. Promotion, New Initiatives launch and New Products Launch.
• Collaborate with managers in monitoring budgets/ expenses for develop, plan and execute sales strategy.
• Maintain strong relationship with partner.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age over 30 years old 2. Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. 3. At least 5 years of experience in sales, key account or trade marketing, preferable in skincare, healthcare or FMCG in the beauty industry. 4. Experience in both modern trade and traditional trade channels (with knowledge in e-commerce would be advantage). 5. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills 6. Strong relationship management ability. 7. Good command of English and computer literacy.
