ลักษณะงาน
•Make quotations for travel agents
•Follow up on day to day quotation tasks
•General support in Sales department and other concerned
•Deliver competitive and attractive quotations
•Consult and inform Agents on the destinations and suggest the right products offer
•Key in all services line in our system and prepare all documents (such as itinerary) to Sales department to handover to clients
•Handle customer inquiries and makes quotation as needed to ensure last-minute changes are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
•Handles daily correspondence to ensure any errors are rectified before sending to customer
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Meal or Female, Bachelor degree in any field (New Graduate are welcome) 2. Good command spoken and written in English 3. At least 0-1 year(s) of experience in Tourism or Travel Agencies are advantage 4. Good command of computer skill, internet and E-mail (outbound reservation system is advantage) 5. Pro-active, able to work independently, Flexible working hours and good team-player 6. Able to multi-task with positive attitude and enthusiastic personality 7. Ability to work under pressure and timeline 8. Outgoing & open-minded personality and good interpersonal skills
