1. Male / Female - Must be at least 25 years of age 2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Food Sciences or any related field 3. A minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef 4. Approaches pastry in a creative way 5. Good command in English skills, both spoken and written. 6. Ability to work alone
