1. Handing all inquiries form our agents as assigned 2. Costing management include negotiated with vendors for the good prices 3. Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with Travel Agents 4. Make reservations for hotels, tours, transfers 5. Prepare documents ie. vouchers, itinerary, air-tickets, train ticket etc. 6. Handling all the amendments on current reservation through back end 7. Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the company's services 8. Accountable for high volume replying e-mail & phone calls 9. Follow up financial aspects of the bookings (invoice, payment..etc.)

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook
