ลักษณะงาน Position Summary:

As a Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment/sales calls. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.

Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize performance of sales team. Additionally, work with individual hotel teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources.

Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

-Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
-Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.
-Targeting key accounts potential for the company (Especially Leisure market).
-Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
-Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
-Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
-Closely following up on all business leads response time line to clients.
-Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
-Implements all sales action plans and conducts daily sales calls related to Key account respon sibility in the marketing plan.
-Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
-Contact potential business leads and conduct analysis of Sales results and competitors.
-Prepare monthly sales reports.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Thai nationality and Age between 25-32 years.
 2. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline.
 3. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
 4. Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
 5. Result Oriented. Polished personal presentation with warm, Confident and hospitable personality.
 6. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
 7. Possess professional with excellent communication and interpersonal
 8. Strive for result (Success oriented, Data finder, Initiate/pro-active)
