ลักษณะงาน
• In charge of Customer Order Desk to receive and proceed customer orders
• Input and manage delivery schedule
• Input sale order into ERP system and manage order details
• Maintain and control Sales Order related data in ERP system e.g., price, order, stock, etc.
• Prepare document such as Sales Record, Quotation, Product information e.g., TDS, Spec, COA for Sales and Customers.
• Coordinate with supply chain to accomplish goods delivery
• Manage and replenish sample stock (Sample delivery upon requests)
• Taking a role as product stewardship, safety and regulation (PS&R), be centralized and updated
• Perform other assignments such as marketing, admin, web admin and so on upon requests
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Female/Male, age 21-25 years. Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. 1 - 3 working experiences. 2. A good team player with good service mind 3. Strong Microsoft skills especially Excel, Word, and Power Point. 4. Good communication skill and be able to communicate in English especially reading and writing. 5. Having multi-task and problem-solving skills. 6. Self-motivated, energetic, and creative thinking. 7. Some familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage. 8. Experience in Sales Support, Sale Administrator or related fields will be advantage. 9. Having hometown in working area will be favorable.
