Job Summary:
Responsible for taking care of important customers within Food & Packaging industry in Thailand to ensure the sales target can be achieved. Implement and intensify sales activities to ensure the customer relationship are built up, developed and maintained.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Industry Segment Manager-F&P to implement customer-level strategy and sales activities for assigned accounts.
• Develop individual customer plan and action items to gain market share in target accounts.
• Responsible for actively identifying, negotiating and maximizing new business opportunities.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of customers including providing quotation, ordering and resolving complex customer issues.
• Generate a visit plan and conduct regular visits to customers to build rapport and attend to enquiries.
• Attends to product complaints and suggestions from customers.
• Shares and imparts technical knowledge, skills and experience to customers by providing technical consultation.
• Conduct regular automation dialogue, workshops, presentations with customers.
• Drive improvement in the provision of products/ services to customers.
• Gather and feedback market & competitors information to Industry Segment Manager and Marketing team.
• Identify, promote & win new business opportunity with application based project selling at target accounts.
• Take a leading role in coordinating for project businesses.
• Maintain all account information and planning through relevant tools like Mosaic, Share Points, etc.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Food engineering, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or related fields) 2. 5+ years of experience, with 3 years direct experience in Food and packaging business. 3. Experience in sales and customer relationship management. 4. Good command of English. 5. Having own car with valid driving license.
