ลักษณะงาน
1.Advise the personal data protection to all departments/offices and follow up changed PDPA and related laws, especially the privacy standards for personal data.
2.Update the Records of Processing Activity (ROPA) completely when the operations are established, changed and abolished.
3.Conduct the Companys PDPA legal documents of all departments/offices (Privacy Notice/Policy, DPA, etc.) are implemented up to date based on the Personal Data Protection.
4.Regularly provide PDPA (data security and privacy) training, measurement and the awareness activity to the Company.
5.Support meeting of the Data Protection Committee (DPC) for appointment, agenda, documents, and minutes of the meeting.
6.Guide and advise the Departments/Offices in charge of the DSAR process is able to take care the data subject correctly.
7.Liaison with MDES, related regulator, advisor, etc. on unclear regulation and/or the personal data issue (data breach).
8.Submit report within timeline to superior and support special assignment from superior.

1. Bachelors Degree or higher. 2. Age 28 - 35 years old. 3. Experience in the field of Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Control or Internal Audit. (Having experience on Personal Loan Business or Financial Service Business will be advantaged consideration).
