- Analyze and evaluate current systems for inefficiencies
- Gather business requirements from users and stakeholders
- Develop specifications for new or modified systems and create business requirement documentation
- Design and implement system solutions to resolve business problem
- Develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure system quality
- Identify, track, and report defects, collaborating with the development team
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications
- Support team members and end-users with technical manual
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards through system change request documentation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field; graduate degree or post-graduate training in business or management is preferred 2. At least 3 years of experience in a System Analyst role 3. At least 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst role 4. Proficiency in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies 5. Strong analytical skills for complex systems evaluation and troubleshooting skills 6. Attention to detail for issue identification and resolution 7. Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and programming languages is a plu 8. Good command of English is a plu
