- Identify and analyze high-potential new markets (countries or niche channels) for our existing product lines
- Conduct comprehensive market research on consumer preferences, competitor landscape, regulatory environment, and distribution channels
- Develop thorough market entry strategies with actionable plans for each identified opportunity
- Expand the reach of our existing product lines within established markets by identifying and entering new distribution channels
- Develop and implement strategies to introduce new product lines within existing markets based on market analysis and consumer insights
- Negotiate and secure partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful market entry and product placement
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to secure partnerships and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders across departments (marketing, product development, operations) to ensure seamless market entry and product launch

1. At Least Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field 2. Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in International B2B sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG industry 3. Proven track record of successfully identifying and entering new markets for FMCG products 4. Strong understanding of international trade practices, regulations, and distribution channels 5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 6. Fluency in English and any other additional another language is a strong asset 7. Culturally sensitive and adaptable to working in diverse international environments 8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
